Quick Assign Labor Screen

Use this screen to assign labor by labor type and the percentage hours to a technician or team.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
(document header)	The blue document header displays the repair order summary information that includes the RO Number, Owner, Estimate Total, Insurance Company, Vehicle (year, make, model), and VIN.
Assign	Use this option to assign or unassign the labor record.
Labor Type	The selections you see reflect the labor types found in the estimate lines.
Employee/Team	Use this droplist to select a technician or team for each record. The droplist is enabled after you select the Assign option.
Assign %	Use this droplist to specify the percentage hour value to assign to the technician or team. The value are listed in increments of 10 percent. The droplist is enabled after you select the Assign option.
Print labor assignments	Select his option to print the labor assignment.
OK	Click this button to save your changes and print the labor assignments.
Cancel	Click this button to close the screen without saving changes.
